Frequently Asked Questions

When is the RSVP deadline?

Please RSVP by April 15th, 2022 via the QR code on your invitation or the RSVP tab in the menu above.

Can I bring a date?

Due to limited space and Covid restrictions we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one, they will appear under your name when you RSVP.

Can we bring children?

We love your kids. We really do! But due to space limitations and to allow all wedding guests, including parents, a night of relaxation and uninhibited revelry, we respectfully request no children.

I have a dietary restriction, what should I do?

We will be serving food that can accommodate a wide variety of dietary restrictions. When you RSVP please indicate your dietary restrictions so we can plan accordingly.

Is there transportation to and from the venue?

La Baronia is about 45 minutes north from central Barcelona, into the mountains. Ubers/Lyfts/Taxi's are limited in that village. We will be providing buses from central Barcelona to the venue and back at a set time, see the “Details” tab for more information. However, if you do wish to drive, there is a place to park at the venue.

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

The ceremony, cocktail hour, dinner and dancing are fully outdoors, unless there is unforeseen bad weather.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

We are having an “unplugged” ceremony (no phones or cameras) as we wish for you to be fully present as we say our I do’s. We have hired professionals to capture this moment for us so please allow them to do their best work. We will offer a “photo moment” during the ceremony where you can snap a few pics of us but we ask that you do not take your phones out before that and you immediately put your phones away when it concludes. After the ceremony, feel free to take as many photos and videos as you’d like. Please use our hashtag #AintLoveDandy to share your photos!

Will there be an open bar?

We will be serving wine and beer throughout the night and cava and liquor (Vodka, Rum, Whiskey, Gin) during the party. You have all traveled a long way so we expect you to be thirsty!

What should I wear?

We would love to see our family and friends get dressed up with us, so dress to impress with your best cocktail attire! The venue is in the mountains so you may want to bring a light jacket in case it gets cold.

Please no white or informal clothes.

What kind of shoes should I wear?

La Baronia is a gorgeous historical estate, but with that history comes a great deal of cobblestones, gravel and stairs. We recommend shoes that would be comfortable for that setting, especially for the party.

Are there any other wedding activities I can attend?

Yes! On Saturday, June 11th from 8:30pm-10:30pm, stop by and join the bride and groom at the Seventy Barcelona hotel bar for a drink, a chance to catch-up and meet the other guests before the big day!

Do I need to be vaccinated against Covid-19 to enter Spain?

At this time, Spain is requiring that travelers be fully vaccinated to enter the country at least 14 days before your departure to Spain. A second dose is considered expired after 270 days from the date of the last shot, in which case Spain requires a booster shot. Please note, Spain also has some additional testing requirements based on your country of origin. You can find the latest information on restrictions for your entry here.

All travelers entering Spain must complete the web-based Health Control form found at https://www.spth.gob.es.

KEEP YOUR QR CODE – you will need this to board your plane.
